How do I book psychiatry or ask about the IOP?
Online scheduling opens Great Care’s appointment system in a new tab.
TennCare is not accepted. Ask intake to confirm your exact plan and the service you are requesting.
What happens after I request an appointment?
After you request an appointment, intake reviews it and contacts you to confirm the details.
Psychiatry: within 5 days. IOP intake: within 24–48 hours of referral or first contact.
Evening psychiatry: intake through 7:00 PM; follow-ups through 7:30 PM Central.
- Intake confirms which program you are asking about.
- Benefits are checked, or self-pay is confirmed.
- You receive a date and time for the video evaluation.
- For the IOP, a start is confirmed only after the assessment.
What should I have ready when I call?
- Your full name and date of birth
- Your insurance card, or your choice to self-pay
- Whether you want psychiatry, the IOP or advice on which
- Your current medicines and pharmacy
- Days and times you can attend
When is the office open?
The office answers calls Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central.
Tennessee spans two time zones, so in an Eastern Time county those hours run 9:00 AM–6:00 PM your time. The online scheduling page for psychiatry can be opened outside those hours; intake still confirms each request.
How do I reach Great Care by phone, fax or email?
Office (administrative; all visits are by video): 435 Metroplex Drive, Suite 211, Nashville, TN 37211
Phone 615-682-8150 · Fax 866-635-1448

Can I request an appointment for someone else?
You can call on someone’s behalf to ask questions, but the adult receiving care needs to agree and take part in the evaluation. If a relative is struggling, have them nearby when you call so intake can speak with them directly.
How do I send records or forms?
Ask intake which method to use before sending health records, so they reach the right person. The office fax is 866-635-1448; requested forms take up to 10 business days, as listed in the patient policies.
Can I email to request an appointment?
Online scheduling or a phone call is the quickest way to request an appointment. Email to info@greatcareservice.com suits general, non-urgent questions, and intake will tell you how to share anything more personal.
What if I need help right now?
Do not use this page for urgent help. If you might act on thoughts of suicide or are in danger, call or text 988, or call 911; the request system and phone line are not monitored as a crisis service.
