Tamieka Sholar-Conard, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive mental health care to patients in Tennessee and Mississippi. She currently serves at Great Care Health Services in Nashville, where she delivers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders.

Tamieka earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a psychiatric-mental health specialization from Walden University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baptist College of Health Sciences in Memphis. She holds active APRN licensure in Tennessee, Mississippi, and New York and maintains DEA registration to support safe and effective medication prescribing.
