Janessa Leach, LMSW

Janessa A. Leach, MSW, LMSW, is a licensed mental health therapist with extensive experience providing evidence-based behavioral health care to adults and adolescents across hospital, outpatient, and addiction treatment settings. She provides expert, compassionate care to patients at Great Care Health Services, serving individuals throughout Nashville and across Tennessee.

Janessa earned her Master of Social Work from Aurora University with a dual specialization in Advanced Clinical Social Work and Independent Clinical Practice. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business from Grand Valley State University.

Her clinical background includes experience in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs for opioid use disorder, inpatient psychiatric care, PHP and IOP services, clinical quality assessment, and trauma-informed therapy. Janessa is trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches, allowing her to tailor treatment plans to meet each client’s unique needs.
